Powder coating on an automatic line
A finish is specified together with the component: appearance, visible areas, functional surfaces and service conditions. FORTZA STEEL lists a fully automatic electrostatic painting line.
Define the finish before quotation
For powder coating, provide part geometry, material and quantity. Specify the desired colour, surface appearance and service conditions, and attach any coating specification. A requested colour reference or coating requirement is a project requirement, not automatic confirmation that every option is available.
Part compatibility with the line
The line is described as automatic, but the catalogue does not provide maximum dimensions, component mass or every process limit. These are checked against the drawing and handling method. Identify protected areas, contact surfaces, threaded openings and assembly requirements. Clear information reduces the clarifications needed for quotation.
Integrating finishing into the project
If you also need cutting, bending or welding, include finishing in the same documentation. Surface preparation, coating, inspection and packing requirements are agreed per project. No unconfirmed corrosion classes, service-life guarantees, coating thicknesses or certifications are assigned to the installed line.
